slow elevators stuffy room
the water park was good for the kids. plenty of activities kept them busy.
i had some issues . the air conditioning wasn't working properly and the room felt stuffy. also, the elevators were very slow and crowded, often needing to wait a long time. it became very frustrating during peak hours.

clean beach large pools fresh seafood
i found the hotel clean. the beach was accessible. the pools were large, offering space to relax. i especially enjoyed fresh seafood. the evening shows provided good entertainment.

the rooms are spacious and modern in design. the hotel provided a cot upon request. the second bed in the room was a proper bed. my room offered a view of the sea and beach.

charmed by the hotel!
great fun water sports
The cleaning was thorough daily. i found the food selection amazing with much variety. i especially liked the availability of water sports at the beach. the water park provided great fun for the whole family. It was a major highlight.
i noticed the children's pool was not heated . it would have been more convenient if at least one of the adult pools had heating available too.

the hotel benefits from its proximity to the airport, nice for swift and easy transfers, a plus for families or those with a lot of luggage. the surroundings are well-kept, presenting an inviting environment from arrival.

Hotel staff worked very hard. They provided attentive service throughout my stay. the bar workers were friendly and quick with drinks. guest relations personel were charming and cute, they made sure everything was in order.

The hotel offers multiple pools, providing options for both adults and children. Only some pools were heated . the beach area includes plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas . the inclusion of a water park adds significant recreational value.
